Handheld is hanged

The phone is hanged after couple of hours usage. The trackwheel indicator is moving it is unable to open any application unless I restart my phone. Need a prompt solution to solve this problem.

GuruSounds like you need to do a hard reset, Take the battery out fo the phone while the device is on.
This will rebuild your apps, and should fix the corruption.
Other wise you might have to reload your apps or your os on the device.
