GRAVIS GAMEPAD PRO GRIP..

I lost my cd for my gamepad pro ID..on the grip NYN4202A...i know gravis is out of business and i cannot find any support for this item, can any one help me? the xp4 i have , but they need to work together for my grip can work,,i had to format drive c..and i forgot to transfer NYN4202A.. i need someone can tell me were i might get some help..

    I appreciate the suggestion , but i have that all ready , it's the program that comes with the propad grip, that's not allowing the grip to work ,,i would hate to buy another grip ,,but it looks like i might have to..The id on the back of the grip NYN4202A...

    when i conect to computer it doesn`t register when i try to add it tells me something about config. no drivers .

I have encountered a similar issue before. What works, is to try the update of your chipset's driver. This could be an error once present in your chipset's initial release, but has since then been fixed by your chipset's manufacturer. Also this could another among the millions of peculiarities in the windows operating system, i say this for it is very possible the the controller will function well if a game is started while the controller is already plugged in. Just see if it works, but an amendment to the chipset's instruction set would be optimal.

Will not come up on control panel under game controllers
it may not properly fixed in the game port, fix it well and check it on control panel back and it will reflect there if only gamepad is faulty and need to be replased.

The adapter is out there. I happened upon one a while back, and got a nice joystick to work with it (win2k).
