It could be something as simple as a scratch on the disc. Check to see if there are any scratches or laser burn marks on the discs. Scratches or marks on discs will render game discs unplayable or will freeze the game and will often show a message stating “Disc Read Error” or something to that effect. Best remedy for starters, is to clean the discs and make sure there are no scratches or marks left on the play-side of the discs. A common problem that Xbox owners are reporting is if the console is moved during play, a whirring noise is heard and then when the disc is removed, very visible laser burn rings are found on the disc.

Laser burn, looks like complete or partial circular scratches around your disc, also known as “the ring of death”. This occurs to discs when the games console has been moved whilst playing, from an upright to a horizontal position or vice versa or simply knocked against or the wires may have been just tripped upon. Discs are then impaired by a ring of laser burn, which is a circular scratch into the disc. Some home remedies may help with very light scratches on some discs but a professional disc repair service is normally required to fix laser burn scratches or damage to XBOX discs.

For further help on Xbox & Xbox 360 disc repairs or to get XBOX discs repaired back to "As Good As New Condition", visit:

www.discREPAIR.ie

Check the “More Info” & “FAQ” Sections for further details on disc repairs and related matters, or send your discs for repair.

If this laser burn scenario is consistently happening to your game discs especially if the console has not been moved or bumped against while the discs is in play, the games console itself may require repair. You should contact Microsoft for assessment and guidelines.

Hope this Helps!!

Cell freeze 3 rows together at a time.

Freeze a Row in Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Excel 2010 can freeze, or lock, a top row as you scroll down the worksheet.
For example, you may need to keep the top row of column titles visible at all times.
The "View" tab on the command ribbon contains the "Freeze Panes" button in the "Window" group.
A single row or a range of rows can lock through the "Freeze Top Row" or "Freeze Panes" options.

Open the Excel worksheet.
Click the top row heading.
The row heading displays a number just left of the first column of cells. The selected row appears shaded.

Click the "View" tab on the command ribbon.
Click the "Freeze Panes" button in the "Window" group.
A list of options appears.

Click the "Freeze Top Row" option.
A black horizontal line appears on the worksheet.
This line indicates the locked row that stays on the screen as you scroll down the worksheet.

After i complete a mission it keeps freezing, what do i need to do to stop it

Try cleaning the disc with glass cleaner, metal polish, or lightly scrubbing it with soapy water. Make sure it's dry when you put it back in. Best of luck :)

My xbox keeps saying unreadable disk when i put in saints row 2

Well the disc driver obviously works on most of your games except saints row 2. Saints row 2 is in mint condition well i have this problem too with my 360 it reads some games and it doesn't read my other ones well theirs a few ways one is by leaving the game inside of the console and shut it down wait like 5 seconds and turn it back on.
Another is to make sure the laser its self doesn't have dust on it.
And when you put in a disc listen to it as it spins if makes any weird scratching noise its probably the laser hitting the disc a lot of 360s disc have been getting scratched recently due to the fact in microsoft's original design of the disc drive the laser keeps on hitting the disc and scratching it so if thats the case you have to replace the disc drive.
If solutions don't help let me know i might be able to help you more.

I Freez up every 5-10min.

try to play it on another xbox....might be the cd....if so try to get another cd. if not uninstall and reinstall the patches. or also try to rip the contents of the dvd-rom to the hard drive and play with both disc and hard drive....maybe too much stress on the dvd-rom drive such as overheating or cyclic rundary errors

Everytime I try to load my save on Saint Row 2 (Xbox 360) it goes to the loading screen and freezes. It also does it with Far Cry2 (Xbox 360) I've checked the save on the memory section of system settings...

it might be the laser what needs the power adjusting, or just to make sure - look underneath the game discs, is there a circle/round mark on those games? if so then they will need skimming at your local gamestation.
ive also seen this problem when the logic board is faulty. www.fixmyconsole.co.uk

Your GPU is getting too hot is what I would suggest. You will need to do the Red Ring of Death fix.
