Hi, Which model do you have ? What is the problem ? What is your set point version ? What is your OS ? Please be more specific
Please use the connect utility to re-sync after battery swap or unexpected disconnection :
ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/
Then depend which version of set point you are using, I recommend you to upgrade to set point 6 setpoint600.exe 23.7 MB 25/02/2010 13:48:00
Then start menu -> Logitech -> Mouse and keyboard -> connect utility
If it does not work check in device manager, what do you have ? If there is any errors/flag then apply the following:
Please uninstall any Set point version present on your OS - Then please proceed to clean boot. -> Unplug any USB devices connected to the computer ( Less keyboard + mouse ) If you have a corded keyboard + mouse please use it rather than a cordless device. -> Go to device manager -> Delete all the USB HOST CONTROLLER -- All of them -- -> The host controller might reinstall them itslef, let the computer handle the reinstallation -> If the computer does not reinstall the host controllers, trigger the detection using the DM function " Scan for new hardware " ( The computer with magnifier icon ) -> Once reinstalled, clean boot -> Reinstall the software, plug the hardware when needed. -> Should work.
If a device as been previously flagged with error, it will redetect the device without the flag, unless there is some serious issue with the hardware/OS
If the problem persist, swap computer and try, if it does not solve then contact customer service for replacement
Thanks and have a nice day Julien

I have a logitech keyboard mk 250, but some keys wont work unless i go to my control panel. eg: backspace is used to go back to the previous page.

try going to the key board in the control panel and changing the board set up from English to american as there are several keyboard settings that alter the function of the keys.

How to make logitech keyboard & mouse work??

Hi there: I was also facing the same problem. But when you see on back of the keyboard the instructions are there. or follow these steps.
1. insert new batteries both in keyboard and mouse. 2. decide what device you want to connect 1st (Lets connect Keyboard first) 3. Pres and Hold the connect button for both key board and receiver for about 5 secs. 4. don't press any key on key board till 10 secs (During this time it trying to connect with receiver) 5. Check the key board connectivity if it works then take it away or put it behind some barrier so that when you are connecting the mouse it don't interrupt. 6. now for the mouse do the same process as you have connected the keyboard.(step 3 & 4) 7. now check both key board and mouse they will work fine. Thanks

Keyboard LX501 : Function keys work but number and alphabetic keys and other keys dont

Hi,
Check the underside of the keyboard and see if there is a reset button (might be a small pin hole).

If not it might be a software problem.
