- I have a replacemetn cartridge. I picked off the small peg on the side of the printer andproceeded to pull what appears to the "film" out teh cartridge... was this a mistake? Do I continue to pull the film completely out of the cartridge? Is the entire cartridge now ruined? If not, what do I do with the pulled out film? - technosavvy1Jul 09, 2008

the in cartige is in the kit which is in the printer and on the drum. open the printer and remove the cartrige..then open the two locks from its left and right side and seperate the drum and place it in safe place. be carefull about the scraches on drum.. then open up the second part and there u will see the orignal cartrige which hold ink in it..open the plastic cap and refill it. Fixya...:)... tc..tata

Ok fine do you want to refill the old one or you want to take the catridge from the printer if you need Manule i can give you the link where you can download the manule the use it
