When a webpage required ActiveX control, Internet Explorer asks if you want to install the ActiveX control. Then click on install ActiveX control to install.

Note:If an ActiveX control is not essential to your computer activity, avoid installing it. ActiveX controls are like any other software program-they can be misused.

How to activate the front panel 3.5 mm jack ??

Usually by plugging into that jack, the computer will notice you have done so. In some computers built by computer engineers after the failure of a motherboard or installation into a new case, the front panel audio connector is not installed so the front panel speaker and microphone connectors don't work.

You can see if your computer detects your front panel connections from Control Panel and clicking on Sound.

Is my Sony VAIO PCV-RS226 PC Desktop upgradeable to windows 7 ?

it's possible to install windows 7 on your Sony VAIO PCV-RS226 PC Desktop, but your 512Mb memory are insufficient to run properly the operating system. Windows 7 have a power graphic, if you still use a small memory your PC will work very slowly. The solution is:
  1. install more memory to work fast (2*512Mb or more)
  2. don'nt install a game that use more memory, it fatigue the machine and can cause an intermittent problem.
