you'll be needing the following:
1. water pump (depending on your water source
2. pressure tank (size depends on the no. of users the many users the bigger the needed pressure tank)
3. pressure switch
4. pressure gauge (to know the running pressure on your system)
5. assorted plumbing fittings (depending on the type of installation)
6. electrical fixtures (depending on the type of installation)
These items should be installed properly by a qualified water pump installer so you can achieved the water pressure needed.

What type of pump is it? Is it a shallow well pump or submersible
pump? Is the pump connected to a pressure tank? How have you confirmed that the pump is working properly? Is there a drain valve, and is there water pressure from the drain valve when it is opened? If the pressure tank is of the pre-charged type, is it working properly? Is there water coming out of the air valve? Are there any shut-off valves in the system which may have been turned off, preventing water flow?

I service all sorts of Goulds water pumps for a living but will need some more info to troubleshoot your problem. For starters would need to know what voltage feeds it, single or three phase, horsepower, type of controller (pressure switch, Variable Frequency Drive, Three phase across the line start etc.), what you are doing with it, pump model number, motor frame number, etc. etc.

I did research on the net and asko mention a special settings menu in the pdf manuals available
you can download a manual but there is a reference to water not entering the washer in the manual and how to trouble shoot it
Pressure pumps deliver water at pressures from 35 psi to 60 psi and if you have checked all of the slow fill reasons , maybe checking the on/off pressure switch for the pump would be a place to investigate
the machine will start when the water has reached the level set

For your model pressure washer you should not be using 2 or 4 cycle oil. You need to use the following:

There is a valve on the water pump called an unloader valve, when this valve sticks open it will not allow the pressure to build. This valve is designed to recirculate the water when you release the trigger so you don't damage the pump. Go to jackssmall engine repair.com and type in the model # of your unit and it will give you a parts breakdown so you can see where the unloader vale is located or if you have the manual for your unit look in that. Remove and clean. If this doesn't work you may have to replace it.

IE: Water level (246) was not reached in 8 minutes
UE: Imbalance: Load too, small too large
OE: Drain problem took longer than 10 minutes to drain
FE: Overflow issue drain pump running to comp
PE: pressure sensor (sensor out)
dE: door error. open door. switch is out
LE (with a a slash in the
middle of L. Upside down F) Thermistor out
CE: Over amping Too much soap wrong soap
LE: hall sensor shorted/destroyed from sudslock
bE: Ball sensor loose connection/out of order
EE: eeprom out test mode only
PF: power failure momentary interuption of shocktricity

Must be some sediment in the water level pressure hose. Blow out the sediment, reconnect the hos, pump out the water and retry. This is an lg washer. You may only need to set or reset the water level frequency. I have service manuals and notes HERE

water pumps doesn't require oil in the pump; but your engine does require. if the water pump is of "self priming" type, fill the pump casing with water before starting the machine to avoid damage to the water seals.
