Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I just bought a new all in one & everything else works fine on it , except the scanner. I get the scanner icon on my desktop , however when i fo to use it , it tells me " epson scan can not be started . & for me to use the trouble shooting assistance, which doesn't help at all. uninstalling & reinstalling the all in one doesn't either. when I finally do get it to work, as soon as it tells me I need to restart PC , the problem starts all over again. I got it work work for a short peroid of time in Twain. Now I can not get it to work at all. been to the update drivers section - tried that- Nothing - Nada.
Most of the all -in-ones require calibration. Ensure this is done. Assuming there is no hardware problem in the scanner, reinstall OS. You may have to install all other software also.
