I have just purchased and installed a J3600 Officejet printer. How do I get it to orient the print for a #10 envelope, which has to be fed in lengthwise?

You'll have to choose "#10 Envelope" as your paper size in whatever program you are printing from.

Then pick "Landscape" in the print options menu when you go to print on the envelope.

Hi,
The default paper selection/ size in MS Word is 'letter'. you may have designed the document on letter size and while printing you have A4 size paper in the printer.
So, Make sure that you design the document on the same paper size (such as A4, which is commonly used). Secondly, while printing don't print the document directly. From the Print dialogue option choose the exact paper size and un-check (de-select) any option of paper resizing (if available). You will have the documents printed exactly as designed.

Let me know if any further clarification/ assistance is required.

Hope it helps! Good Luck! Thanks for using Fixya!

Trouble printing

It'll be better for you to use the built-in A3 paper size, otherwise you'll not be able to print it perfectly. I you would like to do it, You can try this, after setting the documents and the documents size, give the print command, and under the printer properties, select the paper size, you'll see an option (custom) from the drop down list, select it an set the size, but you must leave a space for the printer to hold the paper. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.

Zebra TLP 2844-Z Test page print within Win XP

This printer requires special software to print labels with. It uses a unique PCL language to work with. Thats why when you use these printers with Fedex or UPS software, it typically downloads forms first before working.

Zebra used to see a label designer program to work with it. You might want to check with them to see if they still carry it.

MP760 printing not at 100%

On the Printing Properties/Printing Preferences page, Page Setup tab, check and make sure that 'Normal-size printing' is selected, and that both Page Size and Printer Paper Size are set for the size paper you are using. It sounds like your settings are currently set for Scaled Printing or maybe Poster Printing.
