Question about Logitech FreePulse Wireless Consumer Headphones

LOGITECH DONGLE my dongle for my logitech freepulse headset no longer works

    hey there its a wild shot but im trying to find out why my new FreePulse dongle won't turn on anymore, ive used it only once, for my samsung T10, worked fine and was full of charge but for some unknown reason it wont turn on at all, funny thing is the headset still works. im at a loss of whats wrong and what i should do, any ideas?

still not working, cannot believe that it should die after only one use though.

Green light keeps blinking after charging it and i turn the powere on also teh sound comes and goes from one side of the headset


Blinking green light is an indication the headset is trying to establist communications with the receiver (dongle). Sound issues are normally on the side where the microphone is, this is most commonly a broken wire. The speaker wires are very small diameter. This can be fixed by a competent soldering job with new wirest from PC board to speaker inside the headset.

Defect headset


hold the transmitter button for about 50sec until it flashes blue/red quickly and connect the headset afterwards. Hope that helps. God bless.

The Headsets wont power on.

Headset not powering


I had the same issue. I called logitech and they replaced the entire kit with the latest model with Bluetooth, So i sorta of got a free upgrade.

Headset works with phone


hold the on button down for as long as it takes and after a while the LED will begin to flash reb/blue very fast. Let your mobile search voor the headset and use as pincode: 0000

that should do it!
