Are you trying to enter (get into) BIOS?

This is for another model of Lenovo on the Lenovo.com website, but it will likely still work:

Internal hdd none in bios set up

If the BIOS cannot detect the hard disk, this usually indicates that the hard disk has failed.
To get the Lenovo operating again, replace the hard disk and install Windows in the new hard disk plus
the Lenovo's device drivers and your programs.

In do not know the biao password of my HP 5100 ssf

Since it's a desktop computer, there is a small 'jumper' on the motherboard that can be accessed.
Turn the computer off.
Disconnect the AC power cable.
Remove the side-panel.
Look for 3 gold pins in a row, labelled 'BIOS reset' or just 'reset'.
Move the jumper from the 1-2 position to the 2-3 position.
Wait a few seconds.
Move the jumper back to the 1-2 position.
Replace the side-panel.
Reconnect the AC power.
Restart, and enter BIOS SETUP.
Use 'LOAD BIOS DEFAULTS'.
Done.

Acer Aspire T180 - Booting Problem

You can attempt to remove the bios chip and reinstall it or replace it with another. They are available. Do a google  search.  It has been my experience that if one cannot get into the bios that the Mother board is shot and I then replace it, not gambling on replacing the bios chip.

Computer is not reading the start up disk. I can't get to the start up wizard

If you are trying to boot to a start up disk then you may need to check your bios settings to make sure that the drive you are trying to boot from is 1st in the order. I dont know what computer you have so I can't tell you how to get into your bois but you can try the delete key when the computer boots or may an ALT key. You may even see a quick message on how to get into the setup when your computer boots up.

(NOTE: Use caution when modifying your Bios settings.)
