I want to send a wireless signal from my laptop to two viewsonic pro8400 projectors at the same time. I think I need a wpd-100 wireless adapter for each projector. Is that right? What do I need to send...

you cannot display an image over a wireless network to your projector. All you will be able to do is control the projector through wireless. The image signal has to come from a cable input such as hdmi or vga, composite or component. This particular projector though HAS to be hard wired to allow wireless devices to control it anyway. So you idea of sending a wireless signal to view images from your laptop will NOT work.

I have a Kodak 650H carousel slide projector and it won't stop advancing the slides unless you turn it off. Will the answer for the 4600 work on this type also?

The answer for the 2 machines is similar, but the repair is different. The clutch contact wire on the 650H has burned through the clutch contact. If it has just worn a notch in the clutch contact, you can bend the contact wire slightly to get it away from the notch. If the tip of the contact wire is burned off, you will be better off buying a used slide projector from someone, as parts for this generation of machines are long gone.
For the 4600 the problem is the same but the parts look different. Refer to the attached diagram for detail. The wire must rest at the center of the pad. You can use this diagram to roughly locate the similar parts in your 650H. Good Luck !!

Slide drops down to veiw but immediatly pops back up. You see slide for one second. Any solution?

Your projector needs a cycle contact adjustment. It is "continuously cycling". Depending on how comfortable you are with the inside of a projector will determine whether or not you decide to tackle this yourself, or contact a factory-trained dealer.
Unplug the projector, remove the lamp module and turn the projector upside down. Remove the bottom cover (6 - T15 TORX screws), and pull the bottom cover off slowly from the handle edge first. At the center of the slide change mechanism there is a camstack. At the end of the camstack there is a PAD. You will also notice a "J"-shaped wire (clutch contact). When at rest (the projector powered up and "idling", the wire needs to rest just about at the middle of the pad. See my attached illustration. You will need to bend the wire GENTLY and a very little at a time, then plug in the projector (be careful - hazardous voltages!!) and cycle the projector a couple of times. Check the relationship of the wire to the pad again. Unplug and repeat bending process. Check again. It should take (on average) about 5 or 6 GENTLE bends to get the adjustment correct. Will not advance although nothing is stuck in the machine.

Sounds like what your projector needs is a cycle contact adjustment.
Remove the slide tray & lamp module. Unplug the projector. Turn the projector upside down to remove the bottom cover (6 - T-15 TORX screws). Pry the bottom cover off from the handle side (Be careful!! The power cord is physically secured to the bottom cover!). I have attached an illustration for reference. Near the center of the projector you will find a contact as shown in the illustration. That contact needs to be in the position shown on the pad. You will have to slightly bend the "J"-shaped wire carefully(!!). Then plug the projector in, turn it on & cycle it a few times. The 2 contacts should look like the illustration when at rest. If they don't look like that, unplug the projector, "tweak" the contact wire a little bit more, plug the projector in & try again. This adjustment can take a factory-trained repair tech several bends to get it right (without breaking off the wire!!). Repeat until you are successful! jauburn_8.jpg
