Thrillz,
If you haven't already, you should remove the game cartridge and re seat it and see if that helps. If not, you should then try another game cartridge to eliminate the game you're having the issue with as causing the problem.
More detailed information on your problem (like any unusual issues that could have escalated to where you are now, or exposure to moisture/liquid, was recently dropped/sat on, etc...) will help us in getting your solution.
If it's still in warranty? It could be as easy as an exchange?
Good Luck.

How do i dim the screen brightness on a dell inspiron 1525 laptop

Look at your keyboard some of the keys have blue symbols on them, that's the second function. At the bottom left of your keyboard next to the control key there's a button that says Fn on it hold that down and then press one of the other buttons to use the second function. The brightness control is the up and down arrows. Hold Fn and press up or down to change the brightness.
Also if your laptop is set to a lower power setting the display wont be as bright. Click on the little battery symbol at the bottom right hand corner of the screen a little menu will pop up that says select a power plan if its set to power saver your screen wont be as bright.

Screen bright blue, wont turn off or on

Sounds like a Power Management problem.
First unplug the power cord and remove the battery. Leave off for 30 mins, then pop the battery back in and try to power up.
Failing that, follow this link on Apple's site. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1365

The flash is to bright i have a really bad picture at night... peoples skin is really white and so is almost everything else

Most cameras have a function where you can decrease or increase the brightness of the flash. I, too, had that problem on the built-in flash on the Nikon D40, so I toned it down to -1 power, which illuminated the subject but didn't wash out. Also, if you're shooting an external flash, try toning the ISO settings on the flash to a lower number or decreasing the power. Also, angling the flash away from the subject slightly helps a great deal.

I GET WHITE SPOTS ON MY LCD SCREEN

this is a touchy subject for sony. basically sony has increased the brightness levels for the backlights to have better color tones in thier lcd's. well the downfall of this is the white spots you are experiencing. this is not a defect, you will never get them to go away, the only thing you can do is to turn the backlight and brightness down to reduce the white spots. if you contact sony, there is a software upgrade that will help reduce this issue...

This could be a CCD fault or possibly Lens damage. Not I would think something amenable to a sensible repair price- check Olympus first though.

Strange silhouetting and a vertical strip

If A vertical strip appears on the screen when recording a dark background or the subject is blooming or silhouetting, you need to adjust the BLC. * The contrast between the subject and the background is too great for the camcorder to operate normally. * Make the background brighter to reduce the contrast or use the BLC function while you are recording in a brighter environment. BLC (Back light Compensation) * BLC works in CAMERA/M.REC mode.B * Back lighting exists when the subject is darker than the background: 1. The subject is in front of a window. 2. The person to be recorded is wearing white or shiny clothes and is placed against a bright background; the person?s face is too dark to distinguish his/her features. 3. The subject is outdoors and the background is overcast. 4. The light sources are too bright. 5. The subject is against a snowy background. 1. Set the power switch to CAMERA mode. 2. Press the BLC button. Normal - BLC - Normal BLC enhances the subject. Notes: * When NITE PIX to set to ON, the BLC function does not work. * The BLC function will not operate in EASY mode.
