In my experience, no it isn't. I have a little experience when it comes to DIY and plumbing, and I recently decided that it was time to refit my bathroom. The refit was quick and efficient, and the bathroom looks great. I may have spent a little more than expected, but I think I saved myself a lot of time and hassle.
