We hava a viewsonic 1912w-4, model VS10866 and today it decided not to work - the electicity supply light is on. Nothing else is happening.!
I'm assuming the computer is coming on alright. Double check this by putting another monitor in place of the Viewsonic. If the old monitor displays everything like normal then something has failed in the internal power supply. Take the Viewsonic to a reputable repair person or check my website www.micromendllc.com.
