Best option is to take the back cover out and use a hair dryer at medium setting to dry out the moisture inside.
You could also take the pcb out to expose the screen module behind and use the dryer on it. Would not suggest if you are not comfortable with working on miniature electronics. Need good tools.

Nokia 2100 keypad suddenly stopped working

Please try to open the pad and clean its contacts. below is the proceedure to open the phone (if it is not under warranty). you two credit cards and a screw driver.
  • Take front faceplate off by inserting card 1 between housing and silver key. As you pull up, take card 2 and slide it on the side of the phone prying the clips off.
  • Unscrew these 6 screws at the edges with the T6 screwdriver and release the 4 clips surrounding the LCD screen.
  • Slip the little black frame off of the LCD screen, and lift the screen. You should now see a screw. Removing this screw removes the back cover.
  • That’s it! Put your new faceplate or housing in and figure out how to put things back by following the directions here in reverse order.

My screen went blank and i can't see anything

It sounds like the LCD backlight went bad. If you are still under warranty, get it replaced.

If not, you can buy a replacement 5310 LCD and replace it yourself.

A new 5310 display costs about 20 dollars from ebay.
I wrote a detailed guide to help you put in the new Nokia 5310 LCD screen.

Check it out at the following link for the guide and links to buy the LCD

Need to replace faceplate for nokia 5300

Start by removing battery. Then remove the camera plastic panel. After that you will need to loosen the screws holding the faceplate in on the top. You will require a special tool for this but it can be purchased from most places that sell DIY faceplate kits. After careful prying the faceplate should come loose. Keep in mind that the screen over the LCD screen is taped on and will need to be removed separately.

you can replace the broken LCD screen. Its an easy process. Go to ebay and purchase a replacement LCD Screen for your phone but make sure its a full replacement screen front an back. Then all you have to do is unscrew the the screes that are on the inside lid of the phone, take the front faceplate off, pop out the old and put in the new. Its easy

Display is sometimes upside down when open

LCD change on 7373. This will take you to the connector.
  1. Switch off the phone.
  2. Take SIM card out.
  3. Take front faceplate off by inserting Credit card/Tweezers between housing and silver key. As you pull up, take credit card and slide it on the side of the phone prying the clips off. (Gently tease it out working around the phone)
  4. Unscrew these 6 screws at the edges with the T6 screwdriver and release the 4 clips surrounding the LCD screen. Slip the little black frame off of the LCD screen, and lift the screen. (Prize it up gently from the swivel end of the mob.) There’s a printed circuit board underneath it is attached to the LCD by a hook type catch. Don’t damage it (the board). You should now see a screw. Removing this screw removes the back cover.
  5. That’s it! Put your new faceplate or housing in and figure out how to put things back by following the directions here in reverse order.

  6. You should use anti static gloves for this job, avoid touching the connections and the LCD face.

Replace LCD Screen

the replacement LCD will cost you about 45$ you could just go pay $50 to get it fixed from the store even if you do not have insurance. there are probably some little black/grey dots covering the screws/hex once you get those off you should be able to get the cover off after that its pretty easy.
