Open a new account with a different ID and different password and see what happens. If you still have the same problem, then perhaps your antivirus software is knocking you off, or your pop up killer. Go into your antivirus and popper stopper and read everything you can find which might be related. You can also try turning off your popper stopper while chatting, but of course do not turn your antivirus off. You can, however, safely temporarily disable certain programs in your antivirus which might solve your problem. Read, read, read, read, read your antivirus pages.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Download the latest version of Yahoo! Messenger at the Messenger home page (see the Resources section below) or launch your existing Messenger software and log in to the system.
Clck the Messenger menu and select the 'Start My Webcam' option, or you can click the camera icon found in the IM window toolbar or select the 'Contact' menu in the IM window and choose 'Invite To View My Webcam.'
Use your webcam to transmit live video images of anything within the camera's range. You can also communicate by voice and text messaging during a webcam chat session.
