simple.
1. click on compose mail.
2. attach the file to the mail and enter your email address in the To: field.
3. Click send and you will receive the mail with your document.

Of course, you need to print and scan:-

1-Print the attached document !

2-Write your usual signature on the printed paper

3-Scan the paper by any scanner

Try a few cleanings. Press the ink button then chose test print then quality by pressing menu/set, it will print a test page, from here you follow the instructions if the quality is bad. It will take you through a cleaning process. Try doing a few cleanings to resolve the issue.

When you give print command choose the printer also got to printer properties and choose the option black print mode.

I doubt it's the copier, sounds more like a application or board problem, my first suggestion would be to re-install the driver. the other would be to target the hard drive or memory/ mother board of the network of the copier

try by reloading the drivers for the printer

Check page setup and ensure page size for document same as page size for printer.
Check printer not set to only print current page.

I have a lexmark 640 and experienced the same problem today and read similar problems but noone provided a solution. Fortunately I managed to solve the problem by cancelling the job then while it was still in print queue, shut down and restarted the computer.

This worked for me.
