I guess I post my message on what the solution was. Thanks to the advice I called the # and the rep was very helpful. Basically you send the console back to the company. You have two options.(1) YOU SEND IT BACK AND THEY PAY FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING VIA ELECTRONIC FEDEX BARCODE THAT THEY SEND TO YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNT. TWO WEEKS LATER IT COMES BACK GOOD AS NEW YOUR ORIGINAL CONSOLE. (2) SEND IT FEDEX I THINK OUT OF POCKET??NOT TO SURE AND GET WHAT I CALLED REFURBISH BUT THE REP SAID NO NOT REFURBISH, JUST ANOTHER MODEL, SAME TIME FRAME.
I CHOOSE OPTION 1. ALSO THEY CLEAN THE DISK FOR YOU THAT YOU SUSPECT SCRATCHED, I SENT ALL THREE.

THEY NEVER ASKED FOR A RECEIPT BUT SHE NEW WHEN I PURCHASED IT WITH SOME SERIES OF QUESTIONS, I WAS WITHIN 1YR WARRENTY STILL

GOOD LUCK!! AND THANKS, NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE

You should call Nintendo right away. There is a 1-800 number in the manual. Had same problem. They fixed it. Also check your games as they may now have a circular scratch on them. Nintendo replaces all my scratched games due to this problem.

I've done every troubleshooting solution and it still says refer to operations manual, what do I do?

Oh, I had the exact same problem. Have you referred to the Operations Manual? Just have a look in there. If you have lost the manual or the info in the manual doesn't work, check all your cables behind your TV and clean the disk. If the problem still consists, you might want to consider buying a Wii U or calling someone to have a look at it. Hope this helped!

Sounds like the drive or the laser has been dis lodged and needs to be repaired. Simple if you have basic electronics repair experience. Shouldn't cost too much to be repaired at a service centre, unless parts need replacing.

Hope this has been helpful.

I would definatly contact Nintendo customer support. It sounds like your Disc drive on the Wii is going bad. They will either fix or replace your wii, if it is still under warranty then they will do so at no cost to you.
