Question about Washing Machines
Remove the two screws in the top of the console they will be in the rear left and right side or in the front corners
then flip up the console and remove the 2 spring clips (brass)and the lid switch molex plug the cabniet will come off tilt forward and pull out you will see the lid switch running on the underside

Locate and remove the 2 screws that secure
the console to the cabinet top. Tilt the console back, and remove the 2 gold
clips, and disconnect the lid switch connector. Tilt the entire cabinet
forward, and off of the base. The lid switch can now be replaced
