Asks for a password at startup, i f2 and it does the same thing
Some one went to your computer and made a password. now you have to uninstall your windows. than install it later

You can bypass this. When booting up, enter your BIOS setup (usually by pressing the F2 key at the appropriate time).Locate the BIOS Password section and turn the ON STARTUP password to off.
