Asks for password before booting up.

Hi

You can bypass this. When booting up, enter your BIOS setup (usually by pressing the F2 key at the appropriate time).Locate the BIOS Password section and turn the ON STARTUP password to off.

After turn on is asking for password (bios) and no body set up any password.

Hi, "Reboot" the Computer, look at the bottom of the [Screen] there will be (2) two, "Options" F2 for {Utilitiys Setup} and F12 for [Boot Options]; you want to "Press" the F2 button immediately at "Startup!" Once your in the Utilities, you can change the [Password]. If all go well, let me know by giving a "helpful rating," thanks.

Computer not coming on.a lock with an A in the middle comes on the screen

It sounds very much like you have set a machine password in the BIOS. At this level, nothing works unless you enter a password. But--you haven't said if it actually asks for a password. So at startup, press the key to get into the BIOS (probably F2) and see what it says.

Manufacturer´s password

OK--someone has gone into the BIOS screen (when you hit F2 at startup) and set a password.
The thing is, if it's your computer, then you must have given it a password.
If it's not your computer, you'll have to ask the owner for the password.
If you have been using this machine, then there is no way a password would be required if you didn't set one up.
No one on this site will help you hack into it.
