Need remote code to use Charter Cable remote in place of Denon remote - it is a AVR-S510BT model

The code would be in the remote. If your Charter remote is universal, you can use code search to find what you need. If a search through all codes stored in the remote is unsuccessful, you may have to try a different universal remote.

I need the correct universal remote code for Harman Kardon AVR354 I have several types of Universal Remotes. None of them work. The latest one I tried is Radio Shack HDTV Remote (7 programmable)

The Code that you will need is the code that comes with the "universal remote" not the receiver's code. Every remote manufacturer will have a different code to control the same piece of product. Look for the manufacturer of the remote's website and search thru support. If you have the exact model # of the remote you are trying to use, post a comment and I can try and find it as well. Hope this helps

Cant find universal remote code for the onkyo tx-sr605

Your onkyo receiver and remote controller only decodes 4 digit codes so what you have to do is to call the manufacturer of the remote controller it self and ask for the hexa decimal codes for their remote. They should provide it to you coz they're the ones responsible on doing that.

I would like to know the code for my dvd player remote so i can my amp remote

Codes are made up by the universal remote control manufacturers.

DVD player/TV manufacturers do not make codes for their products.

You will have to look in the instructions for your remote control to find a code. If you cannot find one, you will have to try the listed codes one at a time to see if any work. If that also fails, you will have to contact the manufacturer of the universal remote. Try going to their website. E-mail them if you have to.

Not all universal remotes will work with all devices. This is why universal remotes are not really universal.
