Okay well if you had the unlock code, that would work. Otherwise you need to do a hard reset. Keep in mind that a hard reset will remove the lock, but it also erases all of your content on the phone. It will be set back to factory original settings. The best wait to do so...

wll iwent to setting and made some changes like they ask me u want to louck the card isaid yes and ask they want to louck the mobile isaid yes so after this mestick the screen touch not working any more so maybe ineed to unlouck the keys but im not sure how becuse icat access to main menu ?so is their any way to unlouck the key or the phone ?
