If the scanning of the System Mechanic freezes in a certain percentage, you will be needed to uninstall (using revouninstaller) and reinstall the program. After reinstalling it, try to ran a scan and give enough time to scan the whole registry.
1)You need to unplug the camera, turn it off. Then plug it back in, turn
it on, and wait. If nothing comes up, go to "My Computer" and you
should see the camera icon there. Double Click it and there you are.
2)Take your camera to a friends computer, plug it in if it works, problem is your computer.
The freeze plug you replaced was due to rust or was it pushed out by freezing temperature? These plugs are not designed to protect the engine block from cracking during freezing temperatures, they are there to remove the sand from the block after casting it. I would drain your system completely and flush out the radiator thouroughly and fill with plain water, then run the engine and see if oil gets in the water, if it does and the plug was out due to freeze, then your block is probably cracked, although you could just have a head gasket leak. Oil pressure (40psi) is higher then water pressure (17psi), so getting oil in the water is always more prominent than the other way around. Flush out the system and let me know if oil returns to the water, hope this helps

But, it sounds like the USB interface on your computer is diverting all of the power to the USB port, and away from the mouse/keyboard slots - you may need to contact your pc manufacturer on that one.
