My ink was showing low so i just bought lexmark combi ink from tesco L111 number 34 and 35 and yet printer is still showing ink as empty why is this printer is p4350 model

use the menu on the printer and select the printer options-> ink cartridge-> new ink cartridge and the ink meter should be reset.
Remember that the printer does not actually read the amount of ink in the cartridge it makes predictions about the ink levels based on the number of pages printed on the cartridge.

I have a Lexmark P4350 printer. Just bought new manufactured ink cartridges. The black cartridge works fine. The tricolor cartridge won't print at all - I removed the tape, cleaned both the printer and the...

Mostly, printer cartridge error occurs when the printer head is unable to identify the cartridge properly. And the basic reason behind this is that the cartridge is improperly attached.

To reattach the cartridge check the following steps :

turn on the lid of the printer and then remove the cartridge from the printer head.

Check the cartridge to make sure that there are no scratches or other damaged parts that can contribute to a printer cartridge error report.

Take note that the cartridge should not be left open for more than 30 minutes; otherwise the ink will start to dry up and the cartridge will get clogged.

Where is the toner cartridge and how do I find it?

Plug the Lexmark 2600 into an electrical outlet and press the power button. Allow the unit to power up. The power button will turn green when ready.

Turn on the Printer and Open the top cover of the Lexmark 2600 by lifting the cover upward. you will find all cartridges down there.

Now you see how to replace them

Remove the black ink cartridge from it's packaging. Remove the tape from the black ink cartridge first and place the cartridge into the left ink cartridge holder. Press the cartridge down into until you hear it lock into place. Close the ink cartridge holder lid by pressing it down firmly. This secures the ink cartridge in place.

Remove the colored ink cartridge from the packaging and remove the tape from the cartridge. Place the cartridge into the right cartridge holder and press down until it clicks into place. Push down the cartridge holder lid.

Close the lid of the Lexmark 2600 and allow the print cartridges to align. The power light will be blinking while the cartridges are being aligned; once the power light turns solid, the printer is ready for use.

Error message 1203

It means your cartridges have overflowed. This happens even from brand new catridges after several prints sometimes or even right after you refilled the cartridges. Check to see if there is any smeared ink on the holder where the contact panel with the cartridge One possible solution is to use a tissue with a few drops of water to dampen and clean off those contacts on the holder. Good luck!

Error code 1203

Hello

It means your cartridges overflow even from brand new cartridges after a several prints or right after you refilled the cartridges. Check to see if ink are smeared on the holder where the contact panel with the cartridge. I have the same problem which I think lexmark has to overlook in production.

Solution:
I use the Kleenex with a few drops of water to dampen and clean off those contact on the holder and my printer work again.
The refill ink work very well if you let it sit 24 hrs. Then before you print anything, you should run aligned the cartridges a couple times then run clean cartridges a couple times.
Print the test page to see how it's look and way you go.
Be sure not to leave any debris of Kleenex on those holder contact panel.

Best regards
