Question about RCA R52WM24 52" HDTV Projection Television
So the set is completley without convergence? bowed and the 3d effect.]
There is a small brown rectangular fuse fl231> it is common for this to blow due to poor solder conections on what is known as the flyback. IF this is your problem then it not a difficult repair. i do them all the time at the shop in about 15 min. Getting the fuse is the most difficult thing.

The only fuse that will govern the convergence option is FL231 along with the two other components that you mentioned. If that didnt fix the issue the deflection board or the convergence power supply is defective. The deflection board is most suspect.

Itsalmost that simple, But you will need to replace the FL231, DL231 and CP230 and that should take care of your problem. You can get the replacement parts at the following link under their RCA Parts category. The total cost is around 13.00 and shipping is free and they even send detailed instructions with pictures that show how to do the repair which is very easy.
