My true 500hrc treeadmill has no power to display. I checked the outlet, which is fine. When I open my treadmill to look at the circuit board for fueses, there are two led light they light up when treadmill is pluged in.

2) tight the plug from display board , and clean it.
3) tight the display board vs lower board and clean it unplugged the power
4) test the fuse and replace if necessary or c.breaker reset.
5( Finally adjust the REED SWITCH , clean it and tight the plug very well see the diagram attached.
6) see the block attached. finally the display board can be faulty.

pLEAse lube in according with the instruction manual maintenance you can have deck belt worn 2) Inspect the drive belt and replace it 3) Measure the input voltage motor, if there are voltage motor need repair or replace 4) test the output voltage from main motor board, if there are NOT the board is faulty.

PROBLEM: The power does not turn on SOLUTION: a. Make sure that the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor, and that the surge suppressor is plugged into a properly grounded outlet . Use only a single-outlet surge suppressor that meets all of the specifications . Important: The treadmill is not compatible with GFCI-equipped outlets. b. After the power cord has been plugged in, make sure that the key is inserted into the console. c. Check the reset/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes as shown, the circuit breaker has tripped. To reset the circuit breaker, wait for five minutes.and then press the switch back in. d) Please check the power cord maybe is broker Testign with DVOM(Digital Voltimeter). e) Test the circuit breaker of the House, and Reset, see in outlet box if some wiring is loose.

Unplug the unit remove motor shroud and get out your multi meter. First check power to the outlet, then check all electrical connections to both upper and lower electronic boards to make sure the connectors are solidly in place . Replug the unit and see if the lower boards LEDs light up this should tell you that their is power and if the display light up and you are able to start the unit then problem fixed, if not then unplug unit use your multi meter and work back checking the continuity of all components( Power cord, on/off switch, circuit breaker and /or fuse) . If their is power to the board and no lights then the lower board is DOA and will need to be replaced.

check the outlet first by plunging in a light to make sure their is power and that the house breaker was not tripped. then plug in the power cord next locate the reset/off circuit breaker on the treadmill frame near the power cord. Switch the circuit breaker to the reset position. Then place safety key on console and the display should light up if not then you may have a lower board problem.
