This is a protection indicator, you need to get it into a service center. bummer

Your TV is showing symptoms of power supply failure. It needs to be repaired or replaced. The remote has nothing to do with the power supply problem

My volume turns full blast on its own and cant be turned down...when i go to my menu it automatically scrolls through everything on its own and wont stop....is my insignia possesed or just garbage

Most likely the issue is one of the buttons on the TV is stuck. You should be able to verify this with the TV unplugged and then see if all the buttons seem like they have some play to them. When the buttons are pressed you should hear a little click noise. If you find one that doesn't well then there is your stuck button. You would then have to remove the swich from inside the TV by removing the back to disable that function. I hope that helps : )

My daytec LCD TV model LM37 does not power on.

There is a manual switch on the bottom of the TV. Just flick it on and it should start to work. The switch is well hidden. It had me for a while. I was ready to go back to the store.

Polaroid 4241-TLXB wont stay on

I think I may have just solved this issue. Remove the back covers and turn the tv on until it the screen goes black. There will be a little red led that will light up when the screen goes black. right above that light there is 4 little swiches, the bottom one is labled BURN. Switch that one to the opposite direction. I don't know how but mine has been working for a couple days now with no issues. GOOD LUCK!
