haha, yea sorry about that must have clicked the wrong button... if they spliced that old sony harness to the factory harness and did not cut the factory plug off then you can go to you local bestbuy or car audio store and get an adapter for your factory harness... but, if you have the tools and the time, its faster and cheaper just to hardwire on the new one... as for an adapter to convert the old sony to the new sony plug... ive never seen an adapter for that...
I think that you gays have a problem that calls flat cable that connects the main unit with the black rotary display it costs about 10-20 usd and it is very flexible and thin. the flat cable brakes at the place where it connects the external black display,you should try to look how the condition of the cable is you can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org regards
