I did not receive a manual with my tv. Can you send me a link to download one? proscan 32 lcd hdtv with built in dvd player. also the dvd player is skipping and I only have had the tv for 3 days? any suggestions on how to troubleshoot it?

For the issue with the built in DVD player, I would first try different types of DVD's to see if there is a problem with one type in particular. Check the Manufacturers website to see if there is a firmware update for your model (may not be applicable for your model). Try to use a DVD cleaner disk that is appropriate for the DVD player since it operates in a vertical position rather than a horizontal one.
