Marvin Quartz heater element

I am looking for a replacement heater element for a Marvin Quartz Heater, model number 2060. I have the original instruction manual that has an 800 number for the WB Marvin Manufacturing Company, but I get a constant busy signal.
Can you help?
Thanks,
Lauren

Found the Marvin 2060 quartz element ~~ $12 (2007) at
    Part # E1750

    Midtown Hardware
    4311 E. 31st St
    Tulsa, OK 74135-1512

You should know WB Marvin products were bought out by Holmes. It looks like this product replaces the 2060 and the elements hopefully are the same.

    QUARTZ RADIANT HEATER
    Holmes Model: HQH307

Would you make your MB Marvin Quartz Heater 2060 manual available to me? I need to replace my quartz unit but don't feel the instructions on the back of the element pkg give me enough confidence.

I just cannot find the Wb Marvin #E17504 110V Replacement Quartz Element - the store in Oklahoma is out of them.

Is there any hope? I have 3 heaters and would hate to throw them out simply because there is no replacement element out there.

Very simple to install the replacement element. Insert one end of the element into the bottom receptacle on either side, press the element down (it's spring-loaded), then slide the top of the element into the center opening of the top receptacle, push to appropriate side (the side of receptacle, same as the bottom), then release. Then do the same with the other element (if both are out).

I am the manager of Midtown Hardware in Tulsa. We no longer have the marvin heating elements. I did an extensive search on the web for quartz heating elements and feel pretty safe in saying that they do not exist.

HEATER IS NOT WORKING MARVIN MODEL 3150

One of the techniques I found to "re-energize" an Quatrz elelment is to Remove the cool element (unit unplugged, of course) and try to smooth the ends with sandpaper (220 grit) and then do the smae for the contacts. Replace element and see if it lights up.

Rmember NOT TO TOUCH quartz element with Bare Hands!!

Oil from skin can react with elelment and cause it to explode.
