Question about RCA RP5430 Clock Radio
Alarm far too loud!! manual says cannot adjust default settings help please
Matt's idea is good, Covering the alarm holes with bluetac, putty or plasticine makes it even quieter.

If the manual says you can't chance the volume, then you can't change the volume! You might be able to rig something to make it a bit quieter though...
See if you can see where the speaker/sounder is located (there are usually some small holes drilled in the casing to let the sound out, although sometimes there might only be the one.) Try covering some/all of these with a piece of sticky tape. Other than that, there isn't really anything you can do!
