Acer Aspire One PC Notebook Logo

Aspire One notebook won't power up. If I hold down the power button with the battery in, I can get the indicator light to blink red, but no start up. Have tried to remove battery and left it alone for about an hour, but no difference. I was told that it was being used and it suddenly showed a message that it was going into hiberate mode and hasn't been able to be powered up since

Try to power up with the battery charger cord plugged in and attached. Then you can use AC power while the battery charges. Also check your power options. When the battery light turns green it is done charging. Then try using the battery alone again.

Hello my Sony Bravia 900c has four blinking red lights and won’t pass load up. Tried reset options to no avail. Any suggestions?

The 4 blinking lights is usually a indication of a power problem. You can try to reset it to factory defaults.
Step 1: Remove the power cord.
Step 2: Hold down the power button and Volume down button at the same time. Do this for at least 15 seconds before going to step 3, this will clear all electrical from the board.
Step 3: While still holding the 2 buttons down plug the cord back in. Then about 5 seconds later release.
If that doesn't work and it only stays on for a second or two then the monitor part its self has gone bad.

Panasonic tv powerlight blinking,tv turning off and then back on, now it won't turn on at all, blinking green light goes red and it shuts off completely

My TV surname off after 5-15 minutes of use. The red light in the front blinks once every 3 seconds continuously. If I hold the power button down on the tv, it will turn on and do the same thing.

I HAVE A ASPIRE 5520 IT WONT START THE FAN STARTS AND THE DVD BUT IT JUST KEEPS ON LOPPING

I had the same problem but what you can do is...

Make sure the ac adapter is correctly plugged into the notebook and into the power cord.

If everything is plugged in correctly and it still will not power on, follow these steps to complete a ‘power reset' of the notebook.
  1. Unplug the ac adapter. Keep ac adapter unplugged.
  2. Remove the battery and keep the battery unplugged.
  3. Hold the power button down for 15-20 seconds. (Nothing will appear on the display and none of the lights will light up.)
  4. Release the power button and plug in the ac adapter ONLY. (Please note that a power indicator light should be lit on the ac adapter when it is plugged in).
  5. Normally power on the notebook.
  6. If the unit does not power on, remove the ac adapter and insert the battery into the system.
  7. Plug the ac adapter back into the system, the battery charging indicator light will light up.
If the battery charging indicator light does not light up, the ac adapter may not be providing proper power to the unit, and may need to be replaced.
  8. If its not the batery or AC adapter you might have to send it to Texas, just go to www.Acer.com
