I think the Iphone your using is already linked to another itunes library, so once you link to the current computers itunes library the song there after wont be deleted.

This way should fix the issue about sync music from iPhone 5 to PC without iTunes: - After your iPhone 5 connected to PC, launch the program you will see the right UI. - Choose the list and music files you want to transfer , Click the "Export" button. - After you clicking the "Export" button, the following window will pop up, you can choose transferring to computer or iTunes directly. You can set the output folder at Advanced->Options before transferring. - When the transferring finished, the following window will pop up. Done!
Syncing music and podcasts automatically Connect iPod or iPhone to your computer and open iTunes. Select your iPod or iPhone in the Devices section on the left side of the iTunes window.

How to Reformat iPod
In order to reformat iPod to work on both Mac and PC, connect your iPod to a Windows computer. Then follow the steps in the how to restore your iPod article. This will reset your iPod and format it for Windows.
Now, resync your iPod with the computer that contains your iTunes library. ITunes will ask you if you want to erase and sync the iPod. If you say yes, this will redownload your iTunes library to the iPod.

Zone Alarm and itunes do not play well together. ZA running will corrupt some pictures, apparently some music and does not allow the update of an ipod (touch) to occur. I have had to turn off ZA for any of the above to get either a clean install or adding (or removing) photos.
