this means the treadmills power reading when the treadmill was operating at speeds of 1 miles per hour or less . Excessive amount of power is being demanded from the motor controller for an excessive period of time
Causes:treadmill user (especially a heavier user) is standing on the drive belt.
the drive belt too is badly worn.
brush motor faulty
SCR motor cotroller lekay or shorted drive motor or capacitor
IN short RUN the sotware calibration for diagnostic.
Remedies:Lube the deck belt, determine using AC ammeter for the amount of use the current being drawn by the readmill.Replace the drive motor brushes.or replce the motor controller board. see the block diagram

This means user is heavy standing in the drive belt.
Causes: drive belt is worn, brusher motor faulty, motor faulty, motor controller board faulty
Remedies: use AC. clamp for drawn currente entering to the treadmill. Repair brusher and motor. Replace motor controller board.

Tunturi.com or accellfitnessna.com should have the lubricant you need. Order it online and they should be able to ship it directly to your house. I service tunturi treadmills, although I haven't come across a teflon lubricated machine, it is very important with these machines you stick with the manufacturer specified lubricants.

Tunturi unit have been always a reliable unit and they do not have very many problems. I like and sell the Sports Art products for five years and they are reliable and sturdy units, at one time they were manufacturing for Tunturi and other highly visible companies in their 30 plus years in the industry.The only worry is, do you have a reliable service company that will take care of you if whatever product you choose to purchase.
