I have apple iphone model: A1203 8GB. I updrade my iphone by mistake and its now locked even i can't make any call except emergency calls. my Phone do'nt displayed it's firmware version when i enter code *3001#12345#*. how i can unlock my Apple iphone?. i will be grateful if you assist me.

Only when you can put in the correct unlock code, or the password you used to setup the Apple ID the phone is registered to.
You even can't reset it to factory settings, without the password.
The phone is protected well.
The easiest solution is to put in a sim card of the carrier you bought the iPhone from. If you can't do that you need to jailbreak and CID unlock the iPhone.
Without knowing which model, firmware or any details at all (as you provided none). I can only refer you to a tutorial on how to jailbreak an iPhone:

if you restored it, you're going to have to unlock it from scratch. PWN has a new tool out to unlock the iphone even if it's been "bricked". that's what i used when i accidentally restored my original iphone from 1.1.4 to 2.0 by mistake. works great. Just google the "download PWN iPhone 2.0" it's easy to use.

yeah its going to say "call for emergency" if it was only upgraded it now needs to be Activated. Jailbroken and Unlocked. If you have a mac I would STRONGLY SUGGEST you do a search for iPlus 2.0b and if windows then ZiPhone 2.5
