Question about Grundig GF70-600 TV
Got a Grundig colour tv model GUVCD2800B. About 2 months ago all the digital
channels disappeared. No matter what menu I went into they wouldn't show and
also there was no menu to get them back. I looked in the manual and it said
to view / tune in your digital channels turn the tv off then turn it on
pressing the P+ / P- buttons then select the channel you wanted. Tried this
but it couldn't find the digital ones, just the analogue.
My friend came round and pressed loads of buttons and somehow we managed to
get into a menu that allowed us to reset the digital channels and turn on
the digital receiver which when we went into that menu for some reason had
been turned off.
Got it working again then it was fine.
However, the other day lost the digital channels again. Don't know if the
kids have been playing around with the remote but all I could get was the
analogue ones again.
My mate came round but we couldn't get that menu back up which allowed us to
reset the channels.
It seems there is a hidden menu that is not shown in the manual that allows
you to turn on / off the digital channels / check the signal etc.
Any ideas how I get into this?
Connect a tv engineer!! How stupid was that suggestion. People that try to look online for answers are trying to avoid seeking repair technicians.
