Question about Heating & Cooling
Try to look for reset button in the remote control it can be found either in front or at the back inside the battery compartment. Just press this button with sharp object. This should be done every time you replace it with battery or if the remote control malfunction. But it wont work either the remote or the receiver itself has a defect. Try also to look for the freq. configuration of your remote if its available, you can see it at back of the remote inside the battery compartment the switch selector for "A" and "B". Try to set this and check also the board itself its set to the same config. ("A" or "B') and press reset button and test the remote control.
