XMicro Wifi USB Problem

Hello I have ubuntu installed on my pc. I Have XMicro-WLAN 11g USB Adapter. I have been trying days together for getting the Adapter up but my device doesnt seem to get detected. Which driver would be required to be installed in Linux For the same. Please help me. I have tried googling and installing bcmwl driivers but no avail. I also tried the fwmcutter way still the device doesnt get detected. Which is the exact kernel version required as i tried using zd1211-4916_0.2 with kernel version 2.6.15 and it gives error during compilation for URB_ASYNC_UNLINK undeclared.

I have a MyGica DVB-T HDTV USB Stick T803. I am running Ubuntu version Precise. I prefer to install software with apt. Is there a driver available in an an official apt repository? If not what is your recommendation on obtaining and installing drivers for the T803. Once I have the drivers installed, I believe I should be able to use Kaffeine to operate the T803 USB Stick.

Hi i am using ubuntu linux i need install netgear usb adapter wg111v3 how can i install in ubuntu please help me

NETGEAR does not offer any offcial drivers for the adapter to work on Ubuntu as they dont support Linux OS. However, you may try third party drivers to install the adapter on Ubuntu. Try the below link:

Hope this helps.

Windows XP not recognize my gigafast wireless usb adapter

You need to go to the manufacturers site and get the latest drivers; if you can't find the site or newer drivers; buy a better piece of hardware - that adapter is not that good. Follow instructions in the download.
