My buddy just gave me a koss ks4101 home theater system, and he lacks a owners manual for it, I need it to set it up and configure it, anyone that can tell me where to find one I will totally appreciate it.

We have a Koss home theater A/V system with progressive scan DVD player. when I tried to open the dvd it gave us a msg 4, and then the system shuts down, then we have no sound nor can we load a dvd. We have tried and tried to find out what msg 4 is we have checked the manual, nothing, would appreciate your help. Thanks

What type of plug from the TV are you hooking up to the sound system? Its has to be a HDMI or a scart. If its not and your using the rca red and white. The reciver has to be on the synth surrond setting or look in the owners manual, it will tell you what setting the reciver has to be on when using a non surround set or hookup
