Radio Fuse Blows Out

2003 Hyundai Sonata radio fuse continues to blow out. Brought to dealer and they recommended changing the radio...felt as though they were just guessing. They checked the radio wires and they seamed fine. thx J

The fuse for my wipers keep blowing. Tested the windshield wiper motor and still blows. Frustrated and don't know what to do next.

Try disconnecting the wiper motor, then either put in a fuse to see if it blows, or use a tester to see if there is a short on the wiper motor side of the wiring. Isolate the problem, and you will find it.

My air conditioner on my 2006 Hyundai Sonata runs for a couple of days and then blows a fuse. What causes the fuses to blow?

a bad relay will arc on the inside causing increased amp flow. Try replacing the ac relay. $23 for a compressor relay from rockauto.com. This all depends on which fuse is blowing. a wire shorting to ground will just as easily blow a fuse.

2004 hyundai accent audio fuse blowing

Either the radio itself has developed an internal short, or there is a short along the wiring from the fuse box to the radio. It is one or the other. If the fuse blows with the radio turned off, then the problem is a short in the wiring from the fuse box to the radio. In that case, its time to try to crawl up under your car's dash and hopefully find where the wiring has rubbed against a piece of metal and shorted out.
