Question about Philips Magnavox 27MS343S 27" TV
No power light or sound
You need to check the primary input ac connection e.g fuse and then measure if you have 330 volts across the filtering capacitor..if this is ok or the fuse blows then disconnect ac-line and check pwer supply eg smps swiching transistor...probably gone to heaven..and replace it and optcoupler..i.e. refere to eventual kit from philips they have repair kits for your tv!...it may be a "standard" problem..if you can get a copy of servicing the smps...in technical manual for your tv it is best...ron
