Washing machine leaking

I have a fisher and paykel top load 701 washing machine that develops about a 50 ml water leak into the bowl after a few hours. The pump is working as there is no water immediately after it has spun dry.The taps are left on and the power is left on to the machine.I have replaced the water inlet solenoids and this has not helped.

Is the drain hose sucking water backin at the end of the cycle, otherwise turn the one tap off at a time and see if water gets in.but its normal to have water in the fill nozzle which can run in,but not normally that much.

Hi Craig
Was the drum was banging with no load in it.
It can be two things suspension rods or the bowl is faulty.
All the water has leaked out of the ballast rings on the bowl,
causing it to go out of balance.

I have a 5.5kg Top Load Fisher & Paykel Washing Machine MW512. The clothes seem to come out with alot of dust particles on them. Is there somewhere in the washing machine where it is collecting this...

Hi - are these particles kinda ash grey black in colour? if they are then the bellows have sprung a leak.. unfortunartely the only way is to replace the inner stainless drum.

Inspect the top of the bowl for any signs of structural damage along the grey plastic housing as it contains very fine sand used to counter balance the inner bowl.. on rare ocassions these leaks and give you the particle effect similar to what you've described..

Water leaking on my fisher paykel washer. does it

Hi, It is due to a split in the flexible hose from the bowl to the pump. When machine is working, the split opens and closes, but when not operating it can be closed up enough to prevent seeing it leaking. .

Fisher Paykel GW52-F washer, leaking, but when taking the back off and partially filling with a bucket to test no sign of internal leaking, suspect water coming over the top, any suggestions?

Real good chance it is a split in the flexible hose from the bowl to the pump. When machine is working, the split opens and closes, but when not operating it can be closed up enough to prevent seeing it leaking.
