These blinks to standby light are fault indications, called blinking codes. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch on, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. Count it. Visit this site. The standby light keeps flashing on and off. The TV won't go on. Any help would be appreciated.

The inserted video have no details about the brand name of the TV. Anyway, understand that these blinking are fault indications. Count the number of blinks occur at one time switch on. If you wish to get more details about the blinking codes, check this link. Form the number of blinks, you can get an idea about which section circuit is faulty, and will make troubleshooting more narrower. Check the above linked site patiently. Power button won't turn tv on. light keeps blinking on and off

Main board to your TV is faulty. Check the chroma and video processing section. In most cases, it will be due to an IC fault.

Check Q8014 and Q8013 for shorts, leakage, or bad solder connections on the " D" board. If the transistors are bad, check R8051 and IC8005, also on the "D" board

My mitsubishi tv W55613 won't turn on. green light keeps blinking even after resetting

Hit the front of the tv near the blinking light... give it a good rap or two. See if this helps. Helped mine. I had the same problem and the tech who came out to the house told me that it would work and it did! I could hardly believe it but it worked.
