you can find one at alltel.com, enter your zip code, click on support, click on step by step, then choose your phone type. * you will need to have pop up blocker disabled for abit to get it to come up*, after it comes up will give you step by step instructions for everything and also the link to the user manual link in pdf format
You should be able to take it to Alltel or Verizon and they can pull the information out of it possibly. If screen works, you can go to the apps and use mighty backup(call representative for instructions).
I also had the alltell ax8600 and had the same problem. Took it to the Alltel store and it appears the speaker blew out. The phone was only 20 days old by the way. Alltel replaced the phone with a new one on site. I woke up this morning with my newer ax8600 (about 4 months old)....same problem happened again. Everyone I know has had issues with this model phone, guess its a new razor in hiding. Hope this helps.
To get the memory card out simply push it "inward" and quickly release it. It will pop out but very little. Grab it and pull it out.
When pairing your blue tooth devices. Make sure both batteries are fully charged and they are both on. Put them both in close proximity a few inches apart. Read the instructions for pairing on the other device too (not the phone). Then follow the instructions for the phone as you did and after the password part allow them to "pair" it might take a few minutes. The phone will tell you when its done.
