I HAVE A MULTI-DISC CD PLAYER AND NOW THE SOUND QUALITY IS BAD. THE CD'S SOUND FUZZY AND IT'S NOT THE DISCS. THEY PLAY FINE IN MY CAR AND DVD PLAYER. THE UNIT IS ABOUT 2 YEARS OLD.
Re: I HAVE A MULTI-DISC CD PLAYER WITH FUZZY SOUND
Digital or analog output? Try the other - same thing? If it improves by switching outputs, suspect teh cable. Also try moving the output to another input on the receiver (?).

Hi,it's obvious from your problem that the particular disc that cannot be viewed on your computer is of a formatt not supported by the windows XP.some DVDs are of low quality which can be viewed practically on any DVD player but as a result of their low quality and the sensitivity of the Windows they are not recognized by your computer.
In as much as other DVDS play on your computer,it means there's no problem with your computer, but an unsupported disc formatt is been trying to be viewed and there's nothing you can do to view a DVD formatt not supported by your computer.please don't be bothered.
Thanks and take care
Some of their models had a small gear that almost falls off a motor used for loading/unloading! The gear may have a small crack in it and also not avalible as a part from "Bosey"! May be found in a car cd changer from Ford.
Couple of possibilities:
Press Audio Select on front of unit until "Analog" changes to "coax/opt"
or
When you select the component connected to the MULTI CH INPUT jacks as the input source (see page 38), this unit automatically
turns off the digital sound field processor, and you cannot select sound field programs.
