Firstly you have to repair your mobile charger place. if your problem remain then you have to remove your battery from mobile and charged battery with universal charger.

here are the solution for 6300 not charging, you can find the resistor in 6630 phone below ram, or in 6100 besides combo flash , change it i have repaired 2 pieces with this, 100% tested ok

only way to get an unlock code is by calling your network and asking
them for it. They may charge you for the code.

security. The code is as per cell's unique IMEI and only can be
