Question about RIM Blackberry 7130e Smartphone
Not sure if this will work, but I had a SIMILAR problem (not identical) & I call my service (alltel) & they had 2 options for me: 1. They could wipe my phone clean & they said that would clear it up. 2, The put me on with Advanced Tech Support. Since them wiping it clean seemed more desperate I chose Advanced Tech Support & they walked me through. (Very patiently I might add.) Also, I didn't buy the phone from Alltel, a friend gave it to me. (So, they helped even though they didn't make money on the phone.)
So, you may want to call your cell service people. If they're worth their salt they'll walk your through.

I have had the same problem. go to Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryForums.com : Your Number One BlackBerry Community If you are capable of following the directions you can solve the problem. If you do not the option t disable the security it is an it policy issue. This can solve your problem.. good luck..
