Question about LG KG320 Cellular Phone
If your phone is freezing up, the most likely cause is a firmware issue, I've had a similar issue with a windows smartphone in the past.
The only way you can fix this yourself is by getting hold of the relevant USB cable for your phone, contact LG and explain your situation and ask them if you can have a copy of the latest firmware for your phone.
Set up activesync on your computer (free download) and connect your phone. After first saving a copy of your current firmware, upload the new firmware and hopefully your problem will be fixed.
If LG are being funny about providing you with the necessary files, a way around it is by finding someone with the same type of phone (but working obviously) as you and copying the firmware across. You can do this by cutting and pasting.
Remember though, before you start fiddling with firmware, ALWAYS save a backup of your current configuration.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
