Question about RCA TH1101 MP3 Player
Ok. I got this RCA Pearl from my sons Aunt, she didnt have instructions for it so I basically have learned to work it my self. Well it was working fine on Friday, and then my twin sisters came over and one of them had it, not too sure if they messed it up but it wont let me play any of the songs. I puch the play button and the screen kinda jumps...? I dont know... help!!
Sorry for jerks like the previous guy ..... if you have windows XP (service pack 2) just plug in to a USB slot.. you should get a "New device" or "installing new device" if it the 1st time plugging it in. Open Windows Media and there should be a Sync tab. click this and it will open the Pearl player.. it will show what you have in there (if any music is already on player) You can now drag any music on windows media player to the Pearl.... write back if any more questions... a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
